Craig brings a background in security and operations leadership to community management — a combination that gives Montage a uniquely structured, reliable approach to HOA oversight. His hands-on leadership style means decisions are made with clarity and accountability.
Craig’s philosophy is simple: the story never starts until you tell it. That belief drives everything at Montage — from how the team communicates with residents to how they represent each community they serve.

Sussan Summers

Sussan’s warmth and attention to detail form the heart of Montage’s community-first culture. She ensures that every resident and board member who reaches out feels genuinely heard — not handed off to someone unfamiliar with their situation.
Together with Craig, Sussan has grown Montage from serving a single community into a trusted Houston-area HOA management company built on word-of-mouth reputation and lasting relationships.
